GZA’s environmental engineers, industrial hygienists and hydrogeologists characterize proposed coastal development sites for the presence of contaminated soil, sediment and groundwater. GZA also tests existing marine structures for the presence of Hazardous Building Materials (HBMs). Once site characterization is complete, GZA can design and perform environmental remediation.
