This is achieved both orally and with effective graphics which is almost always key to the understanding of technical issues by individuals untrained in geotechnical and environmental principles.
GZA understands that expert opinions rendered during discovery, in deposition and at trial must be technically correct and supportable to withstand what is often intense legal scrutiny by opposing attorneys and experts, especially when cases are not resolved prior to the start of trial. Our services are directed by senior technical staff, usually a firm Principal, with years of experience in the subject area.
