An effective Hearing Conservation and Noise Control Program is required by Federal, State and Provincial Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.
GZA’s professional staff of engineers and scientists is fully capable of assisting our Clients in establishing or improving their Hearing Conservation and Noise Abatement programs. Optimization of your existing programs and compliance with these regulations is particularly necessary due to the OSHA Record-keeping requirements that can make work-related hearing loss recordable at earlier stages, employee exposure potential, costs to abate, and public concern.
GZA can assist with the interpretation of noise monitoring data related to hearing loss cases, provide Hearing Conservation training to workers, and conduct area noise and personal noise dosimetry sampling. We can evaluate the effectiveness of hearing protection used at the site, work with the client in the design and implementation of noise controls and conduct gap analysis of our clients site Hearing Conservation program.
GZA’s professional staff of health and safety practitioners and engineers are capable of providing the following services:
- Assistance in establishing or improving your site Hearing Conservation Program
