We have integrated our capabilities to provide comprehensive site-civil development consulting services including initial site suitability/feasibility studies, final engineering design, environmental impact assessments and related permitting support, as well as construction observation services. GZA’s long tradition in geo-civil engineering and the hydrogeologic sciences is well-suited for today’s challenges related to development (or re-development) on difficult or marginal sites.  We have successfully completed preliminary feasibility studies and engineering (grading, roadways, utility and drainage) designs for residential, commercial and industrial developer clients.  Our design engineers and earth scientists have the knowledge and practical experience to accommodate the many of the constraints, such as soils, grading, and wetlands, that are typical of many site development projects throughout the US.
