David Vine, P.E. of GZA Co-Authors Small Craft Harbors Manual for ASCE

NEWBURYPORT AND NORWOOD MA, ISSUED MARCH 19, 2013… David Vine, P.E. Associate Principal of GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc., recently contributed to the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Small Craft Harbors Manual Third Edition.

The ASCE manual and report entitled “Planning and Design Guidelines for Small Craft Harbors” was recently published, and he was one of the co-authors for “Chapter 1 – Planning, Environmental and Financial Considerations”.
