Terry has had an illustrious career with KCI Technologies, Inc., where he joined in 1977 and eventually became the president, CEO, and Chairman of the Board. Under his leadership, KCI grew to become the largest employee-owned, multi-disciplined engineering firm in Maryland, with over 2,500 employees and 70 offices across 20 states. Neimeyer played a pivotal role in transitioning the company to an employee-owned structure, significantly increasing the company's stock value. His tenure saw KCI's stock value rise from $497 per share to $162,000 per share, creating over 90 millionaires within the company. Neimeyer's strategic acquisitions, key hires, and organic growth have been instrumental in KCI's success, with the company achieving revenues of $512 million in 2024 and being ranked 56th among the top engineering firms in the country by the Engineering News Record.

In addition to his professional achievements, Terry has been actively involved in various leadership roles and community service.
