Ms. Zarta Gier has worked since 1993 as an environmental professional with specific skills in natural resources management and planning, focusing on surface and groundwater hydrology, stormwater management, environmental restoration, regulatory implementation and compliance, and construction compliance monitoring in both the Northeast and Midwest United States.
