"This EBC New Hampshire webinar will provide an overview of the changes proposed to the NPDES Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) for industrial stormwater discharges in New Hampshire. The webinar will give participants an overview of the MSGP including the scope of facilities subject to the MSGP; a summary of the proposed changes in the draft 2020 MSGP including sampling requirements, benchmark modifications and additional implementation measures; and the general permit’s implementation by EPA Region 1 in New Hampshire. The panelists will also discuss the implications for new operators during the gap in permit availability that began on June 3^rd and proactive steps that could be undertaken now to reduce long-term compliance costs and minimize the risk of non-compliance with the final permit expected to be effective in 2021."
